To ensure efficient scheduling to all our patients, we kindly request your cooperation with our appointment confirmation process. Please review these guidelines:
1- Appointment Confirmation Required: Kindly reply with a “Yes” to confirm your scheduled appointment by 5 p.m. on the day prior to your appointment. For Monday appointments, please respond by 12 p.m. on Friday.
2 – Cancellation Policy: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but canceling without proper notice prevents another patient from receiving timely care. If your “Yes” confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe, your appointment will be cancelled.
