Luke Stringer, D.C.

Dr Luke Stringer, DC. Clinical Director/Owner

Dr. Luke Stringer, DC hails from Manchester England. He completed his doctorate at the ‘fountain head’ of Chiropractic, Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Luke attended Palmer on a sporting scholarship, where he ran the colleges prestigious rugby program. During his time at Palmer Dr. Luke guided the school through one it’s most successful periods on the playing field, attending the final four three years consecutively, finishing third each time.

Before attending Palmer College Dr. Luke received a Bsc w/ Hons in Sports Science from Northumbria University, while also playing professional rugby for the Newcastle Falcons. After graduating university Dr. Luke played professional rugby for a total of 9 years, taking him all around the world.

After graduation Dr. Luke ran a sports performance chiropractic clinic in the South Bay community of L.A. where he worked with Olympic Gold Medalists in beach VB, MLB and NHL professional athletes.

Upon moving back to the Midwest Dr. Luke and his wife Dr. Cassie purchased Advanced Health Chiropractic and have garnered a reputation of being the premier chiropractic and physical therapy clinic in the south loop community helping over 6,000 patients to date from all walks of life get out of pain and live without restriction. Advanced Health combines a unique blend of Chiropractic care, Physical therapy and a unique form of Chiropractic called Chiropractic Bio Physics, with the clinic been the only advanced registered clinic in the city of Chicago.

Dr Luke is a firm believer that the body is designed to move and we should all be able to move without pain or compensation. This is why Advanced Health focuses on finding the root cause of their patient’s health issue through state-of-the-art testing and imaging allowing the patient to be given a clear diagnosis and a customized plan of action to correcting their health issue quickly and effectively for the long term.

Dr. Luke is married to his wife Dr. Cassie who he owns the practice with. They have a French Bulldog called Sergei who loves being outdoors with them on the weekends exploring the city. Dr. Luke still pays semi-professional rugby. When Dr. Luke and Dr. Cassie aren’t in the clinic serving their community, they love to travel.

Dr. Cassie Stringer

Dr. Cassie Stringer, DC. Administrative Director/Owner

Dr. Cassie Stringer in a native of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She completed her doctorate at the ‘fountain head’ of Chiropractic, Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. During her time at Palmer Dr. Cassie visited Vietnam on mission work with the college’s clinic abroad program, where she got to spend time in a children’s orphanage assisting their medical team. This is where Dr. Cassie’s passion for pediatric care began.

Before attending Palmer Dr. Cassie attended the University of Iowa, where she studied Biology. During her time at Iowa she played and coached Tennis.

Upon graduating Palmer Dr. Cassie continued her professional career to Europe and then Newport Beach, CA. where she ran a pediatric clinic specializing in pediatrics, Pre and Post-natal care.

She returned to Chicago with her husband, Dr. Luke and purchased Advanced Health and focuses her treatment hours around the care of pregnant moms and infant babies educating them on a natural form of healthcare. She believes that health care today is not one size fits all and should be approached from a conservative aspect first. She believes that educating patients to be able to take charge of their health through conservative treatment of the human frame and nervous system provides them with options and choices to live a healthy fulfilled life.

Dr. Cassie loves to spend time outside with her French Bulldog, Sergei. When Dr. Cassie has time away from the clinic she loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.

Dr. Brian Vear, Associate Doctor, Community Outreach Director

Dr. Vear grew up in Hillsdale, Michigan. This is where he attended Hillsdale College and played on their D2 football team. During his time on the football team and working with chiropractors through various injuries, he realized he wanted to work in the health care field and help people live life to their full potential.  He obtained his doctorate nearby at National University of Health Sciences in Lombard Illinois. During his studies at NUHS, Dr. Vear attended multiple postgraduate courses on performance care and rehabilitation to complement his chiropractic studies and help better serve his patients. He participated in the renowned group, the ‘Motion Palpation Institute’ and acquired over 300 hours of continuing education experience in manual manipulation, rehabilitative exercises, kinesiology taping, manual therapy, and musculoskeletal diagnosis and therapy.

Dr. Vear’s philosophy and practice go hand-in-hand with the evidence-based assessment and treatment of conditions that plague modern society. He believes in the ability to live pain free for a better quality of life while maximizing human performance and minimizing injury.

Outside of the office Dr. Vear enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and their son Connor. His hobbies are practicing martial arts, teaching self-defense and the occasional video game.


Alyssa Santana, Clinic Manager

Alyssa was born and raised in the wonderful city of Chicago on the northwest side. She attended Lane Tech High School, graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. In addition, graduated from Governors State University with a Master’s in Health Administration in December of 2020. Prior to being the office manager, Alyssa was a nanny and worked as physical therapy aide within the area. She has also completed various internships where she gained administrative experience.

When Alyssa is not helping patients of Advanced Health Chiropractic, she enjoys working out, painting, trying new restaurants and hanging out with her dog, Flash and fiance Aaron. She is a die-hard Cubs fan and will take any opportunity she can to attend a baseball game.


Bimi Tella, Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Aid

Bimi moved to Chicago from Nigeria in the late 90’s with her parents and 3 sisters. She grew up in the uptown neighborhood of Chicago; however she attended both high school and college in the south loop area.

After high school Bimi attended and graduated from UIC in December 2016 with a BS in Kinesiology. Bimi has a passion for Anatomy and Physiology and loves being able to work with people and assist them in improving their health through pain free movement and a conservative approach to health care. Bimi particularly enjoys the rehabilitation side of her job role, and one day hopes to attend PT school to further her knowledge and to be able to help more people. When not helping patients at Advanced Health she has a passion for singing and performing and hopes to one day be the next Beyonce.

Malik Dupree, Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Aid

Malik was born and raised in the Northern Chicago Suburbs of Evanston and Skokie. He attended Niles North High School. Playing sports for years, he understood how important proper body management and rehab is to living a long healthy life. After high school, Malik went on to attend college at Southern Illinois University of Carbondale. During college, he coached freshmen men’s basketball at Carbondale Community High School. He graduated in May of 2020 earning a B.S in exercise science with a minor in coaching.

His future goals are to attend graduate school to earn a Master’s degree in exercise science in hopes to eventually work with a collegiate or professional sports team. Outside of work, Malik enjoys spending time with his family and playing basketball with his friends.
